Join us for sizzling hot summer dance fitness classes-DANCE AS YOU ARE! Are you looking for a fitness coach and community to help motivate you and encourage you along your fitness journey? Then our summer group fitness classes have been designed with you in mind! Join us for a summer Zumba dance party you don't want to miss! While you dance your heart out, you will burn some calories, connect with new fitness friends, and smile while you sweat as you leave it all on the dance floor. Your instructor will be Shaunita Grase and she loves to teach Zumba classes. She is a licensed Zumba instructor as well as a NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach. Shaunita is also fitness coach with programs to fit any fitness level and fitness goal in semi-private and private sessions. You don't what to miss out! No dance experience is needed! We recommend you wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring water to stay hydrated throughout the class. Class Details: Date and Time: Classes will meet weekly on Saturday from 9:30 am-10:30 am Location: Goins Dancing Studio at 1533 Augusta Road, West Columbia, SC 29169 Cost: Tickets are per individual participant unless indicated otherwise. Class packages are available at discounted rates. Refund Policy: If you are unable to attend a class you have purchased, contact me no later than 24 hours after the class has ended to transfer your ticket to another class date and time.
