LA GRANGE, IL – La Grange police released their latest blotter Friday. Here is information from the reports: Hospital theft A person at the La Grange hospital, 5101 Willow Springs Road, told police Thursday that someone took the person's credit card and about $180 in cash. It occurred between the early morning of May 6 and the afternoon of May 7. The person was notified of several unauthorized purchases made on the credit card. No financial loss was reported. Damage The interior breezeway door to a house appeared damaged Monday in the 900 block of South Madison Avenue. Nothing appeared to be missing. Graffiti was spray-painted on a fence in the 800 block of West Arlington Avenue. The report was filed Tuesday. Identity theft A resident in the 10 block of North Drexel Avenue told police Monday that someone attempted to open a bank account in the resident's name. The account was not opened. No financial loss was reported. A resident in the 800 block of Eighth Avenue told police Tuesday that the resident received a collections letter related to a cellphone account that was fraudulently opened in the resident's name in December. No financial loss was reported. Driving violations Patricia Cisneros, 48, of Countryside, was cited about 8 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of La Grange Road on charges of no valid driver's license and speeding.
