BENICIA, CA — Two little dogs are back home after being turned over to police by a citizen, who found them wandering near Chelsea Hills and Southampton area, the Bencia Police Department said this week. The department said the pups were friendly, clean and in good health — but without collars or tags. Benicia officers used social media to seek residents' help in identifying the dogs and finding their owner.
