Tow broken golf cart

I have a broken golf cart with no title that I want removed from my property. I will pay you $100 to take it, you can bring it to a dump that will accept it or keep it. Broken plastic windshield, no batteries, break petal / accelerator needs lube, parts of metal are cut with bolt cutters (my friends and I are dumb and tried to remove the top), no charger, tons of cobwebs, 1 flat tire, bad looking spray paint job. Engine ran about a year ago when it had batteries so it would probably still run if you get new batteries / charger. If you pump up the flat tire it rolls, you can push it and steer with the steering wheel and break with the breaks to get it into a vehicle to transport it. I bought the cart off craigslist like 4 years ago. There's probably a dump that will take it without title, I just couldn't find one. Please don't illegally dump it. The attached picture is old.
