Looking to Hire someone for Lawn Care

I am starting up a Lawn Care business, this will be the first summer. I am looking to hire someone motivated, reliable, honest, and has a clean driving record / License. You will be in my number one position, getting the majority of the jobs, as well as managing one or two other part time and fill in positions. Will. be doing Lawn mowing, raking, tree & hedge trimming. Probably very simple land scaping, picking up of debris, and cleaning of yards or lots. As we grow the services we offer will expand as well. This is an opportunity to get in at the start, and grow with the company, with good potential to be given great responsibility in the future. Also if you are interested, you may be offered an opportunity to drive one of my plow trucks in the winter season, or do other forms of snow removal.
