We are the top Home Performance company on Long Island and three time winner of Department of Energy Home Performance Contractor of the Year Award. As we are expanding, we are looking for an experienced crew leads and apprentices to be part of our weatherization crew. The requirements of a weatherization crew member are as follows: - Ability to work in tight spaces - Air seal attics and basements - Insulate attics with loose-fill cellulose and fiberglass - Basic use of hand and power tools - Able to work in a team environment and to follow instructions - MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE Previous weatherization experience is preferred but if you have carpentry and residential construction experience, you should also apply. We will train a motivated and reliable individual. This is a full time, year round position.
