Looking for mothers help/nanny

I am looking to hire a mothers help or nanny to come and help me entertain and supervise my 1.5 year old while I work from home. I am hoping I can find someone who speaks Ukrainian or Russian but English is fine as well. We are a Ukrainian/American family but Ukrainian is our preferred language. If you have children or your own you are welcome to bring them with you every day. Hours will vary but I am hoping to be at least 4 hours a day Monday through Friday. I sometimes have to travel to Newport sometimes for work and I may ask you to come with me if possible, if not it’s okay but that would be great if you are able to travel with me at times.
