Pooey is a special needs tabby needing a forever home

I'd like to introduce Pooey. He is a 5 year old special needs kitten. I have health issues and am unable to fully take care of him. He gets along great with other animals but he will be skittish at first. He has a SEVERE skin allergy to flea bites, he will blister up around bites if bit. I just keep him treated every 3 and a half weeks he's ok. He was also taken from his mom too early so he does the sucking thing on your finger or corners of things when he's hungry. Lastly, his gut did not form right due to his being bottle fed so he cannot tolerate hard food only wet. I feed him 1 and a half to 2 cans every day. He's a handful, but well worth it. He's a very tiny, lovable, lap kitty. He plays fetch too!! He comes with everything, including papers of his recent shots.
