Description
We are a property management company that is looking to hire a maintenance technician to help service our properties. We are looking for someone with a wide range of maintenance experience, as well as someone who is friendly, punctual, and a team player.
The job duties include painting, small plumbing repairs, small electrical repairs, window repairs, screen repairs, cleaning, and all other types of small general maintenance.
The hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm with a pay of $17/hour. Our company provides a work van and all tools required for the job.
