Where did all the casual encounter people go?

It's been along time now and I really never saw much to replace CL casual encounters. Has anyone found anything? Doublist kind of sucks and is full of spam and ho's. Most of the other sites are garbage as well unless in large cities. Tndr doesn't work unless you waste a bunch of money and most of the other dating websites/apps are not targeted towards casual, or they require you to pay money with very little chance of being effective.
