Construction company seeks someone with an interest in maintenance work at a warehouse shop organizing inventory, keeping tools & equipment clean & ready for use, minor repairs to gas powered and electrical equipment, some electrical wiring, plumbing, and carpentry work. Janitorial maintance of bathrooms, lunch room, general work areas as well as exterior grounds including landscape and lawn areas. Trash clean up of the exterior grounds is a daily occurence. Good work attitude and ability to self manage along with consistancy are key skill sets. Full time (40 hrs) from 12-9 Mon-Thurs. 9-1 on Saturday. $18/ hr
