Responsibilities: The Dining Room Supervisor plans, coordinates and directs activities of the dining room staff to provide professional and fine dining service to residents, families and visitors. Activities will include ensuring adequate staff coverage, assisting residents and guests with special requests, and directing effective dining room service.
