Border Collie needs wide open spaces

I am desperate to rehome my Border Collie mix. She is extremely reactive to ALL sights and sounds where I live, and I cannot move. She has been with me for 4 years. I have tried many different methods to minimize her reactivity with minimal success. She's a smart, beautiful girl. She is spayed and healthy. My other dogs have started attacking her because of the reactivity and I'm afraid they will kill her. She needs to live in the country. I will require a home visit, before rehoming her, as well as references.
