Need Maintanace Help for 2 Vacation Rentals

Looking for someone that can due general Maintenace for 2 vacations rentals in Bacliff Tx. Would prefer someone that lives in the area no more that 15 min. away. This is not a job that would provide a lot of hours every week. I just need someone to call on if the toilet breaks, or a sink is leaking, maybe an electrical outlet needs to be addressed ect. I just someone I can call on. Pay 20.00 hr.- 2 hr min.
