Currently looking to hire someone for general property maintenance task. Pay is based on experience and performance--- $15-$30 per hour Job requirements: 1. Show up on time. Be responsible 2. Wear company uniform shirt and long pants 3. Do a good job for the customers Job description: 1. Pressure washing and soft washing various buildings 2. Painting/ sealing / stain....whatever needed by customer 3. Climbing ladders to paint or clean gutters. 1 and 2 story buildings 4. Perform landscape maintenance task such as mulch installations, pulling weeds, trimming shrubs etc Company located in Metairie. As a contractor we move to a new job daily. Reliable transportation is a plus. Typically we service Kenner to Slidell A resume isn't required but if you reply please don't waste your time. Thanks and good luck.
