REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Must possess own basic tools or the ability to acquire tools upon hire  Mechanical aptitude  Demonstrated aptitude for maintaining and repairing equipment Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines Ability to learn basic computer skills to communicate document daily work and progress, track procurements and repair status Ability to pay attention to detail and remain alert to ensure safety Ability to understand and follow instructions and to communicate with co-workers Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment Valid Class C driver’s license Record of safe driving for the last three years as shown on current MVR, with no serious accidents or traffic violations PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Preventive maintenance background Shop experience Parts knowledge *Texas Disposal Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
