Small dog for rehome

Kobe is looking for his forever home. He just turned 1 yrs old this month. He is very playful and loving. He does great with kids and other animals, also he is crate trained. He is on a little schedule as far as feeding/bathroom time, but he is a quick learner and I’m sure would have no problem adjusting it if needed. My sister was told he is a Pomchi, but she isn’t certain. We can see he is some kind of chihuahua mix. I am helping my sister rehome him because she is relocating out of state and can’t take him. He is currently at my home with me, so I am able to show him. She is requesting a rehoming fee.
