The Energy Services Supervisor directs and coordinates activities of field operations in the Community Services Field installations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate staff. Directly supervises employees in the Community Services field operations and coordinates the activities of independent contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. REQUIRES: Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college with four years related experience in construction, journeyman or combination of equivalent education and experience. Supervisory experience required. Strong computer skills. Current CA Driver's License. Must be able to obtain relevant Weatherization training certifications within six months of employment. CA Contractors license Class B (or C20) and BPI Building Analyst certification highly desirable. Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and drawings. Ability to speak Spanish desired.
