We are currently seeking a full time Porter/ Grounds Keeper/ Jardinero, who has the energy to work hard, go the extra mile individual with a passion for great workmanship. Below is the list of the basic qualifications. Ability to do essential functions, knowledge of basic swimming pool operations and pool chemicals Excellent communications and organization skills Understand and carry out oral and written instructions Highly responsible and reliable Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paste environment Ability to work as a team player and alone Ability to focus attention on all surrounding areas Physical Function: Standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, bending reaching, seeing, and ability to use chemicals. Can not be afraid of heights, basic electrical, all positions require basic tools and work vehicle to get around community. Also withstand normal environmental conditions both inside and out throughout the year.
