As a laborer, you will effectively perform all water damage mitigation services the company offers such as: Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns with professionalism Perform high quality water mitigation services Water extraction Performing demolition tasks Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged Setting up and monitoring drying equipment Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques Setting up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures. Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment Perform job cleanup and breakdown Maintain progress logs, document all processes with company forms, detail pictures by using mobile device and applications to report and record daily activity Requirements: Experience demolition Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics Ability to successfully complete a background check. Must have good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history Present a professional & clean appearance with company provided uniform.
