NW Employment Solutions has partnered with a local Distribution center in Clackamas, OR. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity and will need to join Union within 30 days of hire. $20.89 -$23.22 The schedules are 4 days, 10-12 hrs with overtime when needed. Days: 7:00am-5:30pm - Swing: 4:00pm-12:30am - Grave: 5:00pm-1:30am We are looking for individuals that possess good core values while working here. Must have good attendance, a good attitude and get along well with others. Physical demands include being able to continuously lift 50-70lbs or more. Work in a cold or wet environment, operate a ride-on electric pallet jack safely in a loud and fast environment. All Order Fillers/Selector roles are union environment, and the shifts that you are scheduled are based by seniority, and must be able to work all shifts, day, swing or graveyard, and be available to work overtime when needed.
