Position: Groundskeeper needed for a large family friendly property located in Wilsonville at the Autumn Park Apartments. We are looking to add a member to our team who is thorough, efficient, and enjoys a positive work environment. This is a part time, 20-hour per week position, scheduled hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary is $16.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience. You will also receive a $500.00 signing bonus after 180 days of employment. Responsibilities: • Picking up grounds • Cleaning dumpster areas and parking lots • Light landscaping duties • Cleaning common areas such as laundry rooms, windows, stairwells, hallways, etc. Requirements: • One year of groundskeeping experience preferred. • Knowledge of basic maintenance and/or preventative maintenance are preferred. • Must be comfortable lifting 40-50 pounds. • Exceptional time management skills • Strong communication and written skills A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required on all final candidates.
