I am looking to add 2 Full NEW crews, rehab and clean out / demo to our teams. I am looking for general laborers and skilled for multiple property rehabs, maintenance repairs request and clean outs. Call today start tomorrow. Pay is dependent upon skills $10 unlicensed extra $5 hr overtime. $20hr licensed. extra $10hr overtime. General laborers - Must transport yourself to and from job and must arrive on job ready to work. Skilled laborers - Must provide proof of licensing. Must have all necessary tools to complete specific job. Must transport yourself and tools or materials to job site. Must complete all specified tasks withinhin specified time range allowed. (Liability insurance provided by us to cover you) Work 5-6 days a week 8-10 hours a day. 1 hr lunch. YOU WILL BE LET GO IF YOU PRODUCE CONSISTENTLY LESS THAN SATISFACTORY WORK. Get permeant position after 7 days. Paid weekly every Monday no exceptions.
