Building Maintenance Tech Needed ASAP

We're looking for a 30 - 50 hour per week Maintenance Tech. Please read below and then send an email with your skills, experience, tolls, and other data. -- basic building/home maintenance experience -- mechanically inclined and able to learn ----- no warrants, drug or gang activity on record (we will run a CCAP background check on you) --- have your own or access to a pick-up truck (you need a pick up to be able to buy a window, door, drywall, plywood, etc) --- mobile smart phone (we may work out a deal for a company phone) you have to be able to use our DoorLoop app and our time keeping app - able to invoice -- climb and/or work off of ladders ---- stay til the job is done (if you're doing a hot water tank or heat call, you don't just leave at 5:00 p.m.) -- able to work on your own (get your work orders, start in the morning, work til they're done) -- able to work emergencies into the night, on weekends, sometimes on a holiday - deal with tenants, neighbors, city inspectors, and sometimes federal inspectors ------ you MUST want to grow your own empire (working with us, we will assist you in acquiring your own property so you can grow and retire).... if you do not like buildings, can not work with people, and don't want to build skills and a future for yourself, then ignore this job offer -- drug free, booze free (after hours we don't care) - if you have to call in to NOT work more than 1 day every two weeks, then please don't apply -- we will set an appointment for each day starting at 830am until 500pm. If you are on time, get work done, make tenants happy, cooperate with people around you, you will get a weekly bonus TBD - track your hours and jobs using an app, you take breaks when you want, lunch when you want, finish the days work then go home when you want - if your truck breaks down a lot and you can't work, then please don't apply - you must have your own tools (we will start you at a basic rate and after 5 days, you need to show you have basic tools, can use them, and can work; then your rate will increase), and agree to obtain all tools needed, over time - roofing, windows, plumbing, electrical, siding, hvac (basic HVAC only), doors, locks, masonry, flooring, cabinets (I can teach you what you need to know, if needed)
