Ultrasonic manufacturing & sheet metal fabrication company seek to hire a full-time shipping & receiving position immediately. This position is responsible for making sure parts are received correctly as well as packaging parts and machines for shipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, understanding of an ERP system, pulling & packaging parts, and basic wood working skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Inspecting & receiving all incoming shipments
Label & inventory incoming products to correct locations
Complete paperwork and log parts in ERP system
Pull spare parts order and package for shipping
Final cleaning, wrapping and packaging of completed machines
Area to be kept clean and organized
Trash and cardboard to be taken to dumpsters
Assembly help
Minimum Qualifications:
Reliable Transportation
Attention to detail & strong organizational skills
Ability to work alone, follow tasks & communicate with other employees
Computer skills (Microsoft products, UPS Worldship, ERP System)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Small crate building experience preferred (Panel saw, Chop saw, drills & staple gun)
