Description

We are a 24/7 emergency service water and fire damage restoration company located in West Chester, PA seeking a compassionate, articulate and detailed restoration lead specialist to help homeowners who have sustained fire or water damage to their home. Candidate must be a team player and put others' needs first. Technical experience is required, IICRC Certifications are a plus and an understanding of construction/building components is a bonus. We have an on-call rotation that requires the Specialist to be available 24 hours a day when on-call (approximately one week a month). The vast majority of our work is done during business hours but we do have times when a call needs to be handled after hours. Candidates need the following: Valid Driver's License Must have reliable transportation Reliable/Dependable Good communications skills Must be able to pass a drug test Must pass extensive background check - no prior criminal convictions Neat appearance Positive attitude accompanied by a willingness to accept responsibility, work hard, learn and grow in a team environment Three references Salary dependent upon experience Health benefits available Individual Retirement Account available Please send resume with salary requirements
