Labor help needed

Hello I need a strong person for labor work. You work for 3 hours. I pay $15 an hour cash, =$45.00. You will be digging hard dirt in my backyard. You’ll be moving dirt from one area to another area,approximately 10 feet away. I have shovels etc. You work hard for 3 hours, then I’ll pay you. No smoking.
