Are you a welder or a fabricator? Our Plastic Fabrication team are more than welders - they're fabricators. Utilitzing more skills than just the precision art of plasitc welding, these fabricators take pride in making each tool come alive from our blueprints. If you've never welded with plastic before - that's not a problem! Both metal fabrication and trim (finish) carpentry skills are invaluable! You'll know you'll be successful at JST in our Plastic Fabrication department if you: • Read, understand, and follow work orders, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine optimal fabrication methods required to meet part tolerances, fit, and finish. • Competently fabricate, weld, and finish in any type of welding (specific plastic welding experience not required - we'll teach you this type of welding) • Use metalworking and carpentry tools, power hand tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently. • Competently use measuring instruments and contribute to JST’s quality program by following quality procedures. • Perform miscellaneous tasks as required to support manufacturing, engineering, quality, and quoting departments. • Contribute to team effort by achieving results. Work cooperatively with team members, communicate design constraints, and work within the team to achieve solutions. AVAILABLE SHIFTS: • Day Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00pm-4:30am (8 & 10 shift available) • Swing Shift: Monday – Friday 3:30pm-12:00am (Includes additional shift differential rate) • *Opening Soon* Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday, 10-12 hour shifts, Hours TBD
