Just looking for someone trustworthy and reliable. -(Above all this is the most important criteria) - I am looking for someone with an ability to learn. I am in need of a few different people with unique skill sets for a particular projects or if you have an ability to learn to help with some projects. I always have projects. Some pay hourly and others I can do by the bid... Bid jobs are based on $20.00 to $30.00 an hour for an average tradesman. So if you work at a rate above average your going to make more money as you should because you can complete a project faster than book time. The projects I have available are: I have some yardwork projects. I have very very small 10-20 minute roofing projects. I also have larger roofing projects. Can pay up to $90.00 dollars cash per square depending on the job. For example, I have a 3 bed ranch 1200 sq house, labor pays $2200.00 cash.. I have a small shed.. labor pays $300.00 cash. I have mechanical repair projects- brake lines, brakes, fuel tank cleaning, and other misc. small engine projects as well. I have some moving projects.... moving equipment from one location to another.. I need someone to drive a pay loader from Beloit to Janesville... I have grading projects if you know how to run a bobcat or skidsteer I have project I need someone to drive an air conditioning dump truck back and forth from gravel pit to project. I have some drywall and painting projects. I have some cleaning and eviction clean out projects. I have some welding projects. Building a saw mill for over 400 logs I have to mill into 2x4s. I have some tree removal and tree trimming projects. I have a concrete project. I have a pole barn project. I have numerous other projects as well. I can pay cash at the end of the day when first starting or definitely pay cash for small one or two day projects when completed.
