Hey there! I am looking for a Residential Handyman and/or Maintenance person for 30mins to 2hrs a week. It is for a residential property that is split between a long-term rental and short-term rentals and I am not always there on-site to handle everything. The basic scope would be to change light bulbs, collect mail/packages, change batteries, take out trash bins and occasionally assist in troubleshooting any issues that a guest may experience.
