**$250.00 sign on bonus** We are looking for hard-working, dependable, safety-oriented team players to join our growing team. As a flagger with our company, you will have ample opportunity for advancement if you are able to excel at the necessary requirements. We’re looking for someone with a can-do positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and flexibility. Must be able to lift minimum 50lbs. Some travel may be required for up to two weeks at a time. No experience required! All training is done onsite. Responsibilities: - Set up temporary workplace traffic control - Safely guide the passage of the general public and onsite workers through and around the workplace - Follow guidance of the Traffic Control Supervisor onsite - Maintain open and professional communication with co-workers and site workers - Report near misses or any safety concerns to the on-site TCS . Must be local to Santa Fe area, with a clean driving record. We will do a background check as well as pre-employment and random drug testing.
