Paran Management is seeking a FULL TIME service driven Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! DUTIES: Overseeing the general maintenance & repair of the building Preventative maintenance, scheduling and monitoring Apartment Turn overs Performing occupied maintenance work orders Assigning work and supervising one technician, ensure standards and expectations are met Grounds upkeep Janitorial work will be required in all elements Qualified Applicants should have basic tools, general maintenance and repair skills including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting and dry wall repair abilities. Supervisory experience required. Must also be proven to work independently and with a sense of urgency. Lifting 50lbs +, climbing stairs, bending, standing, using ladders, is all functions of the job, 3 years experience required with favorable references required. Valid Drivers license is required.
