I have a need for a reliable helper. I’m listing this ad as a gig, because you can work for a day and be paid cash for the day. If you like the job we can talk about longer term pay and we’ll pay weekly and withhold applicable taxes. Here’s the deal. I’m retired and I started a business on my farm where I buy used riding mowers and zero turns. I have way more work than I can possibly perform on my own. I dismantle the mowers and clean every part and then list all the parts on eBay. As parts sell they need to be carefully packed and shipped daily. Engines, decks and transmissions are more time consuming to clean and pack so I need help packing them. I also like to get every mower running unless it has a blown engine. That way we can command more for running engines and we can test the transmissions, decks and other moving parts. If you can clean a carburetor and replace cylinder head gaskets and rocker cover gaskets that’s a big plus. If you have mad computer skills, a cell phone with camera and a laptop, that’s another big plus. If you have a truck and don’t mind picking up the occasional mower with mileage reimbursement, that’s also a plus. If you’re just handy with a wrench and can figure out how to tear down a complete mower with little supervision, I can make that work too. The more you can do, and the faster you work, the more you can make. I don’t have a set wage in mind so we can discuss that based on your skills and work ethic.
