Needed: Lawn Mowing - Tall grass

My mower is in disrepair, so I need a service to mow my lawn without committing to ongoing service. Area needing mowed is about 7,000 sqft. Sidewalks and driveway do *not* need to be edged, but there is a brick garden edge at the front of the house that will probably require a trimmer to make clean. The back of the house has shrubs that overhand the grass which may require extra care to trim. Scope of work for this request is just grass cutting either fully mulched or hauled away. When visiting the property, the provider is encouraged to leave a quote for other services including overgrowth removal, garden reworking, edging, yard leveling, and yard treatment. These services may be considered for subsequent visits. Please contact with a baseline quote for a job of this scale, including itemized fees for additional services that may come up during a normal service (such as clipping haul away). Thank you.
