Our Adhesive manufacturing client, DuPont, in Hillsdale, MI is seeking a Machine Operator to package Adhesives. This is a long-term, full-time position. Machine Operator Pay: $18.50/hour - Paid Weekly Machine Operator Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm (Monday - Friday) & 3rd shift 11pm - 7am (Sunday - Thursday) Production Operator Pay: $19.50/hour - Paid Weekly Production Operator Shift: 3rd shift 11pm - 7am (Sunday - Thursday) A typical day as a Machine Operator: Operate equipment that auto-fills tubes and other packaging with windshield Adhesives. Clean and set up machines to run. Keep stations filled with products, tubes, boxes, nozzles, etc. Perform minor maintenance on machinery as needed. Drive a forklift to move raw materials and finished goods. Typical day as a Production Operator: Operate 300 to 500-gallon mixers to produce adhesives for automotive industry. Transfer liquid and dry materials into the mixer and monitor production. Offload finished project into drums and pails. A dust mask is required to be worn during this process. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Able to lift, stand, and bend throughout duration of shift. Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to operate a forklift. Computer usage required. Some warehouse experience is preferred. HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED NOT REQUIRED!
