Spectrum Builders Inc., a commercial general contractor located in Columbus, is seeking a commercial jobsite coordinator to help facilitate various construction projects in and around Columbus. This position is a full-time salary position that offers health insurance, 401k and profit sharing. What you will be doing: ⦁ Self-performance of various construction activities as guided by supervisor ⦁ Daily supervision, coordination, and scheduling of construction activities to meet project goals and deadlines ⦁ Inspect and review projects daily to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations ⦁ Maintain a clean and presentable job site at all times ⦁ Coordination with and reception of material vendors and jobsite inspectors ⦁ Review and be familiar with the scope of work required of all subcontractors and trades What’s Expected ⦁ Excellent organizational and time management skills ⦁ Strong attention to detail ⦁ Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships ⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ⦁ Ability to learn quickly with attention to safety and quality ⦁ Strong critical thinking skills ⦁ Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
