LOCATION: Monaco Apartments (142-unit apartment homes) and Villa Serena Senior Apartments (186-unit apartment homes) has an immediate opening for a highly skilled and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician. POSITION OVERVIEW: Property Maintenance is essential to every apartment community, and it is the maintenance team that carries this vital role. We are looking for that special someone who is a team-player, professional, courteous and has a “can do” attitude. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will perform repairs, turn-over and preventative maintenance at the property. Must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service and the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action. RESPONSIBILITIES: Scheduling, performing, and completing work order and repairs All unit Turnover maintenance (painting, cleaning, etc.) All Maintenance All Preventative Maintenance Renovations Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Heavy experience in plumbing preferred Heavy experience in electrical preferred HVAC Certification required Ability to be on-call Basic carpentry skills preferred Experience in painting Provide basic hand tools Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to communicate professionally Strong customer service skills Must have reliable transportation Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Proof of Valid Car Insurance Must be vaccinated and show proof of COVID vaccination We promote a drug free environment, and all candidates must pass both Drug/Background screening
