Dedicated female drummer, loves Paramore and Warpaint

Hey, thanks for checking out my post. I've been playing drums for a bit over a decade, and I'm putting together a band from scratch. Ideally, the band will have at least one guitarist, a bass player, a keyboard player, and a vocalist. The bandmates will also have to be able to take a patient-yet-professional approach to music-making and rehearsal. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither were any good local bands, at least that I know of. Also: It would be super cool to find other musicians (whether they're 19 or 90) who are big fans of Paramore and Warpaint. Like most musicians, I have a pretty wide range of influences/musical tastes, but over the past few years those are the two Pop/Rock Bin acts that have been on heaviest rotation on my audio devices...
