Description
Requirements:
Must be well versed in framing/building codes pertaining to residential remodeling. Other skills are a plus.
Must have all the tools to do this kind of work.
This job requires a drivers license.
Workers comp or proof of a current workers comp exempt form on file with the workers comp commission.
This is a 1099 contract labor position.
Must be physically fit and able to handle hot weather.
Ladder work will be required.
This is a 40+ hr a week gig that will last more than a month or longer.
You will be paid in cash weekly.
This is not a bid job.
