We are a small apartment management company seeking a skilled handyman. Our ideal "Jack of All Trades" handyman will have the following skills: Repair siding and wood on exterior of buildings Drywall repair Plumbing such as leaky faucets, toilet repair/install, etc., sink and shower installation Electrical such as replacing a broken outlet, tripped breakers, heaters Demolition Gate/Fence repairs Install basic appliances (over the range microwave, slide in oven/range) Spray for insects Make a unit rentable when tenants move-out Attention to detail Picking up supplies Cabinet Installation Countertop Installation Window repair/replacement We would like you to be able to complete most tasks needed for a vacant unit to be rentable again. Attention to detail, finish work, etc. are key to preparing a property for rent. Someone who manages time well and doesn't abuse by the hour compensation. Some jobs may be paid per gig. You also need to have your own tools. Skill saw, miter saw, table saw, drill, ladder, plumbing tools, electrical tools. A valid driver's license and good driving record. Truck or van to haul supplies needed for gigs.
