The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated individuals who work together in exceeding our customers’ expectations, improving policies and procedures, and streamlining objectives. City of Chino CA $18.00 Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm + OT Primary responsibilities will be as Warehouse Coordinator. • Scheduling appointments for vendors and customers • maintaining and updating scheduled log • Interact and communicate with planning, customer service, and production departments. • File all receiving shipping paperwork • Update location movements on a daily basis • Process UPS/FEDEX for outbound and inbound shipments • Maintain department logs • Assign trailer seals prior to shipments • Distribution of receiving/ shipping paperwork to correct department • Update shipping report daily • Answer phone calls related to shipping/receiving • Participate in physical inventories • Update customer portals • Support housekeeping as needed • Reference SOP • General knowledge of receiving procedure • General knowledge of shipping procedure All employees will need to have one year experience working in customer service or warehouse, ability to read, comprehend, and write instructions. Ability to multitask in fast paced environment, strong organizational skills, basic math skills such as adding/sub-tracking multiplying/dividing, basic experience with Microsoft office suite: outlook, excel and word applications, and with ERP/MRP Candidate must be flexible to working hours, reliable and dependable, conduct daily task with minimal supervision, lift a minimum of 30 pounds, bend, twist, pull, push, and climb ladders and stairs, as well as standing /walking for long periods of time.
