Mobile home Park is seeking a reliable, personable, and experienced groundskeeper for daily upkeep and maintenance for the park. The position requires a skill set covering a broad range of capabilities including, but not limited to: • Heavy emphasis on curb appeal and landscaping • Grounds maintenance, including beautification of the grounds and landscaping. • Minor electrical repairs • Minor water repairs • Repairing equipment • Fence repairs • Painting • Maintain required safety logs. • Must be able to manage projects. • Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage. • Will be working side by side with property manager on special projects • Reports to the Property Manager and Regional Supervisor regularly. On site Training available! Full time, 40 hours/week, medical benefits offered. Must be organized, dependable, good with the public, positive attitude, a team player, self-starter, and highly motivated to get the job done!
