$20 an hour cash for basic labor

I'm located right by the Purdy Spit. I am wheelchair-bound and need to hire someone to finish fencing my yard to keep my dog in. The area is quite clear, no obstructions. The soil is sand fill so very easy to dig or pound posts. I have enough cedar siding to fence the entire area, but I don't have a truck to pick up posts. If you had a truck, I would be happy to pay you to pick up 25 posts. I need a great deal of handyman type work and housekeeping long term. I'm hoping to establish relationships to help me stay in this home. If you do a good job fencing and demonstrate common Sense construction, I have no shortage of other work available. Specifically, I'm in rather desperate need of a plumber and I need a guru with wood refinishing. Obviously the skilled trades would pay more than $20 an hour, but I'm still looking for a daily cash arrangement. I'm also open to providing housing (there is an extra apartment, mother-in-law, downstairs) for just the right candidate. I have tools and knowledge, but my hands are uncooperative. This is the first post of many many jobs needed. I'm very focused on finding KP locals and ideally find a long-term handyman and housekeeper. There is one catch! I have a brain injury and very poor short-term memory. I have a lot of difficulty processing auditory information, but I remember everything I see or read. For this reason, I would like to keep the initial contact and first discussion in print. Email or text is fine. I do believe in second chances. I have no tolerance for being lied to though, and I don't think I'm very easily manipulated. That said, just be real.
