Hello, I'm looking to acquire a practice space near 6th/SE Hawthorne beginning in June and want to share it with others. It will be somewhere between $260-320/month, between 8'x12' - 10'x12' depending on availability. I have a drumkit, so no other drums please. No bands either. I'm looking for 2-3 other ppl, preferably solo artists. You've gotta be committed for hopefully 6mo-1yr and pay your rent on time always, keep tidy and be communicative. I'll probably be there on Saturday afternoons and one weeknight. Let me know if this interests you. Thx!
