Lost dog 6 months old

I lost my 6 month old heeler/shepherd mix yesterday morning may 12th he is very friendly and I imagine he approached the first person he saw, if you know the location of my dog please let me know, I would be so thankful to have him back. Appearance. Mostly black with a docked tail. He has brown on his belly backs of his legs and his butt. He has one white toe and his ears stick strait up most of the time. Also His right eye is slightly glossed over. Last seen at the corner of ne 147th ave and ne 76th ave off ward road
