FusionCRS is looking for a hardworking candidate to become a Crew Lead that will provide outstanding carpet, tile & grout, upholstery, air duct, and dryer vent cleanings. The initial training period as an apprentice will properly prepare the ideal person. The apprentice will help with van maintenance and inventory, job set up, ensuring quality cleaning services, and maintaining professional relationships with the customer. During the apprenticeship, training will be constant to learn the trade to successfully run a van as a Crew Leader within 90 days of hire. Beginning Responsibilities & Duties Include: Preparing the company vehicle for the day, including maintenance and inventory of necessary equipment and chemicals. Properly set up the van and equipment at each job site. Block and pad furniture for protection during cleaning. Assist the Crew Lead with moving furniture, pulling hoses, and cleanings. Treat spots with proper treatments, following spotting guidelines. Maintain and account for all chemicals and cleaning equipment, ensuring van is properly packed after each job. Returning any checked out equipment to its proper place at the end of each day. Assist Crew Lead in selling additional services. Driving company van when necessary and ensuring it is kept clean. Actively engage in learning during any training opportunities to ensure advancement to Crew Lead. Uphold company standards, policies, and safety procedures at all times. Perform any tasks assigned to the best of their ability. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. No previous experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate for the job! Monday to Friday, with occasional late jobs. A valid driver's license is required. All employees must pass a thorough background and identity check.
