The Colony Caregivers Rummage Sale will be Friday May 27th 9am-5 and Saturday May 28th 9am-1. Donations can be dropped off Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th 9am-5 both days. The Rummage sale will be at The American Legion Post 1513 Palmyra Street Shortsville NY Route 21 14548. The Rummage sale covers the cost off spaying /neutering and Heath care of feral cats. The end goal is to trap, spay/neuter feral cats release the cat into the colony it came from and reduce the number of feral cats. The Colony Caregivers goal is to also educate the general public about these often misunderstood cats. You can spot a spayed/neutered cat by looking for a tip on it’s left ear. Volunteers take in kittens who are young enough to imprint on humans and find them forever homes. The Colony Caregivers depends on its biannual Rummage sales to keep this small group of volunteers doing the wonderful work! They are looking for your support by stopping by their sale and hopefully finding a treasure to take home. Thank you.
