We are looking for mature, responsible, individuals, who enjoy working outdoors and walking, can stand and walk for extended periods of time, and have a high level of self discipline when working alone. We manage (pay) parking lots in downtown Chattanooga. The Enforcement Agent position is the person who checks to see if every vehicle is paid. If someone didn't pay, the Enforcement Agent issues a parking ticket and puts it under the windshield wiper. Attention to detail and accuracy is important for this position. There are other responsibilities, including working as parking attendants for ball games, events, etc. Valid Driver's License, vehicle, auto insurance, and a cell phone are required. Once agents are clocked in and start their route they document their mileage and we pay mileage reimbursements for their vehicle use to get from parking lot to parking lot. Pay rate is $15.00/hour Each employee starts out with 10 PTO days that can be used for sick, vacation, or personal days. Shifts and work days may vary slightly. We enforce parking lots 7 days per week. First shift usually starts at 10 or 11 AM and runs around 6 hours. Second shifts usually start at 3 or 4 PM and run 7, 8 or 9 hours. Mainly looking for full-time (30-40hrs/week) but will also consider part-time (under 30hrs/week) as long as the scheduling works out well for all. Uniform shirts and hats are provided. Shorts are allowed during the warmer months.
