Welder Needed

We are a gym in Stratford and one of our machines broke. Someone snapped a screw inside the machine so the piece of equipment cannot be fixed unless we get the broken bolt out. I was looking to have someone weld to the bold so we can get the bold out of the machine and fix properly (we have tried other options to remove the broken bolt). If this can't be done, worse case we would need to weld the part to the machine. If you are interested in this post, please respond with your experience and price to get the job done. Thank You
