Oyster Harbors Club is a private 18-hole Championship golf course located in Osterville, MA. We are seeking full-time and part time seasonal jobs for the 2022 golf season. Duties will include but are not limited to, maintaining all of the golf course grounds, mowing (greens, tees, approaches, and other playable areas), raking bunkers, and other golf course duties assigned by the superintendent. We are willing to train any applicant that is highly motivated regardless of experience. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and work in a team environment. The club operates seven days a week with most workdays running for 5:30am -1:30pm during the summer months, applicants are expected to work at least one weekend morning typically from 5:30am-9:30am. Average work week will range from 40-48 hours but opportunities for more overtime is avalible. Flexible part time positions also available. Compensation- $16.00+ (based on experience), uniforms, and golf privileges.
